Key Responsibilities:

  • Should effectively manage office supplies plus maintain a clean and organized work environment in all office locations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
  • Prepare and maintain internal documents, reports, and records.
  • Support effective communication between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and track company assets (these include IT and communication equipment).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Experience with asset management, especially IT and communication assets, is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
