We’re hiring an Associate Expansion Executive to our Saudi Team! You’ll gain experience in business development, working with clients, and sales. You’ll help find new business opportunities and generate leads. If you’re detail-focused and eager to grow, we’d love to have you on our team!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through a combination of email campaigns, social media, and phone calls.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our services and products.
- Effectively communicate service or product information to potential customers.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of individual prospects.
- Ensure a strong understanding of regional compliance, including: Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), and Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) compliance.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets and work towards meeting or exceeding set goals.
- Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, best practices, and local regulatory changes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in the IT industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Location : Saudi Arabia
- Experience : 1-2 years
