Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through a combination of email campaigns, social media, and phone calls.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our services or products.
- Effectively communicate service or product information to potential customers.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of individual prospects.
- Strong understanding of regional compliance such as ISR, ADHICS, and Data Privacy, ISO 27001 other cybersecurity regulations.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly targets and work towards meeting or exceeding set goals.
- Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in the IT industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
